Robber Threatening People With Fake Weapons: The Jammu and Kashmir Police has arrested a robber who robbed many people by posing as a terrorist from Pulwama district of South Kashmir. Based on several complaints from the local people in the area about armed gunmen robbing, the police launched a special operation and arrested the robber.
According to officials, Police Stati on Rajpora had received a written complaint from a person (not named for security reasons), in which he said that at around 7:30 am while he was on his way home from his clinic, an unknown person accosted him. Stopped and fled from the spot. The person took Rs 3300 and mobile phone from her purse. Apart from this, she told that when she asked for her money and other valuables, the victim was threatened by showing weapons.
Case registered in police station Rajpora
The police spokesperson further said that on this report, a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Police Station Rajpora in FIR No. 8/2023 and investigation has been initiated. He told that during the investigation several persons were rounded-up, one of them was identified as Adil Ah Dar s/o Yusuf Dar r/o Bolo. Due to which professional interrogation was done, which revealed that he had committed the said crime by using a toy pistol.

After the disclosure, the police recovered two toy pistols, 3 purses, a mobile phone, Rs 3,330 in cash, JK Bank ATM card, Aadhaar card, SBI ATM card, driving license, PAN card, election card, Jio SIM card from him.
