CBI has registered criminal cases in the case of extortion from fake notices, know what is the whole matter?

Central Bureau of Investigation: CBI has registered a case against unknown government officials and unknown private persons under various criminal sections in a case of extortion on the basis of fake notices of Central Bureau of Investigation. This case has been registered under several sections including criminal conspiracy, cheating, making forged documents.

A top CBI official said that in this case, a person named Din Mohammad under Nuh Mewat district of Haryana had complained to the CBI on May 15. It was told in this complaint that a letter has come to him on 7 May 2022. This notice has been sent by the alleged sign of Harnam Singh Inspector CBI ACB Delhi. According to this letter, he was called to the office located at CBI Head Quarter on 16 May 2022 at 10 am.

According to the allegation, on 15 May 2022, Din Mohammad received a call from a mobile in which the caller said that he was speaking to CBI Inspector Harnam Singh and he had given him a notice dated 7 May 2022. He said that he is out of Delhi on May 16, so he should meet his steno on May 15 at 5 pm at Hotel Lalit, Connaught Place. At the same time, he also said that he should get his case covered up. The alleged inspector also said that he will get the relationship done with the CBI officers.

CBI notice fake

When the CBI investigated the CBI notice that came to Din Mohammad in this case, it was found prima facie to be fake. It was said in this notice that the Haryana government has reported Din Mohammad through its intelligence department, in which it has been said that he is involved in the scam of the government scheme. He has done the scam with the help of bank officials. According to CBI sources, there is also an inspector named Harnam Singh in the CBI, but the case which was referred to Din Mohammad is not in the CBI at all. On the basis of the information, the CBI has started the investigation by registering a case under various criminal sections.
