Coronavirus Cases In India: In India, 2202 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the last 24 hours. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 27 people died due to infection in the last 24 hours in India, after which the death toll due to this deadly virus in the country has increased to 5,24,241. At the same time, the number of patients under treatment for Kovid-19 in the country has come down to 17,317, which is 0.04 percent of the total cases. The Health Ministry says that out of those who have died due to corona virus infection so far, more than 70 percent of the patients also had other diseases.

According to the ministry, a decrease of 375 has been registered in the number of patients under treatment in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the national rate of recovery of patients is 98.74 percent. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, the daily rate of corona infection in the country is 0.74 percent and the weekly rate is 0.59 percent. So far, a total of 4,25,82,243 people have become infection free in the country, while the death rate from Kovid-19 is 1.22 percent. So far, more than 191.37 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given under the nationwide vaccination campaign in the country.
On 7 August 2020, the number of corona virus infected in the country had exceeded 20 lakh, on 23 August 2020, 30 lakh and on 5 September 2020, more than 40 lakh. The total cases of infection crossed 50 lakh on 16 September 2020, 60 lakh on 28 September 2020, 70 lakh on 11 October 2020, 80 lakh on 29 October 2020 and 90 lakh on 20 November 2020. On 19 December 2020, these cases had exceeded one crore. Last year, on May 4, the number of infected had crossed 20 million and on June 23, 2021, it crossed 30 million. On 26 January this year, the cases had crossed four crores.
According to the ministry’s data, 27 cases of death due to infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours, out of which 22 were reported in Kerala, three in Delhi and one each in Maharashtra and Jammu and Kashmir. A total of 5,24,241 people have died due to infection in the country so far, out of which 1,47,855 people from Maharashtra, 69,385 people from Kerala, 40,105 people from Karnataka, 38,025 from Tamil Nadu, 26,195 from Delhi, 23,513 from Uttar Pradesh And there were 21,203 people from West Bengal.
