Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has sacked Health Minister Vijay Singla from the state cabinet following allegations of corruption under Arvind Kejriwal’s anti-corruption model. CM Mann said that he has taken this decision after getting information about Singla allegedly demanding one percent commission in the tenders. Mann has also directed the police to register a case against him.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, after taking action on Health Minister Vijay Singla, posted a video on Twitter saying, “Aam Aadmi Party was born to establish an honest system. Arvind Kejriwal It has always been said that we will not tolerate corruption, whether it is our own or Begaana. He was immediately sacked as soon as evidence of corruption was found against the Health Minister. Also ordered to register FIR.

Mann claimed that Singla has admitted to doing wrong.

CM Bhagwant Mann has claimed that this is the second time in the history of the country, when the Chief Minister of a state has directly taken strict action against his minister. He said that our government will not tolerate even one percent corruption. People have formed the government of Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab with great expectations, it is our duty to live up to that expectation.

Kejriwal is like son of mother India and soldier like Bhagwant Mann – CM

Bhagwant Mann further said, “As long as India is the son of mother like Arvind Kejriwal and god value Like soldiers, the great war against corruption will continue. We are all his soldiers. There is no place for 1% corruption. In 2015, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal sacked one of his ministers in a corruption case. Today this is happening for the second time in the country.
