Hearing in Krishna Janmabhoomi case will be held on July 1. On Thursday, in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Mathura, two petitions have been filed on behalf of Shri Krishna Virajman in the plaintiff Manish Yadav case by his lawyer Devki Nandan Sharma. It has been said that the monitoring of the royal Idgah of Mathura should be done for 24 hours. CCTV cameras should be installed. DM, SSP and commanding officer of CRPF should be made responsible for its monitoring. The Principal Secretary Home should supervise the entire Shahi Idgah.
It was further said that since Shivling has been found in Gyanvapi, hence the royal EidThe Hindu symbols of Gah can be erased. Therefore, send the ASI here so that they identify the stones etc. here and see if it comes under their purview or not and give a detailed report. The court has fixed July 1 for hearing on both the petitions.
Earlier on Tuesday, in the ongoing Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute case in the Mathura court, a demand was made to seal the royal Idgah complex. In the ongoing Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Royal Idgah dispute case in the Mathura court, the President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Andolan Committee and in one case, the plaintiff advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh had filed an application and demanded the sealing of the royal Idgah complex. According to Singh, the matter will be heard on July 1.
Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh had said that ever since the case has been filed in this regard, the people of the Respondent side Shahi Idgah Arrangement Committee are trying to destroy the evidence available there from the Idgah regarding its being a Hindu temple. Singh has also demanded the appointment of a special security officer at the Idgah for this and restricting the access of any other person to the Idgah to eliminate the possibility of tampering with the evidence. Singh has been demanding from the court since February 24, 2021, a ban on the survey of the Idgah complex and tampering with the evidence. In this regard, an application has been given on his behalf several days back as well.
