Now stand straight on the mat and by placing your hand on the waist, stand once on the paw and once on the heel. Do this 20 times. Now lift one leg high and take it backwards. Then bring the foot forward in the same way. Do this 20 times. Doing this will strengthen the leg muscles.
First stand on the mat and keeping the gap between the feet, keep your hands at the level of the waist in front of you. Now bend your knees and touch them with your hands. Do this 20 cycles. Inhale and exhale properly. When done, take a deep breath and relax the body.
