The district court of Varanasi is about to give its verdict, in which it will be decided that in which direction the hearing of the case should be proceeded and which petition should be heard first. In the hearing held on Monday, the Hindu side and the Muslim side gave their arguments.
The Hindu side has demanded that the hearing should be proceeded on the basis of the report of the first commission. Also see the photo and videography of Shivling found in Gyanvapi. According to the information, the Hindu side has also asked to read the report of the Survey Commission and also said that the Places of Worship Act 1991 does not apply in this case.
Muslim side’s argument
The Muslim side says that the matter should be heard under Rule 11 of Order 7 and according to the order of the Supreme Court, priority should be given to their petition. He also said that this case is not worth hearing.
PM Modi visit Japan
