Gyanvapi Masjid Case: The process of petitions in the court regarding Gyanvapi is not stopping. Now another petition has been filed in the matter, which is to be heard today. According to the information, in the petition filed, a demand has been made to hand over the Gyanvapi complex to the Hindus. This petition has been filed by Kiran Singh Bisen, General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sansthan.
In fact, the International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sansthan, Kiran Singh Bisen, has filed a case as a litigant of Lord Vishweshwar Virajman. The suit seeks to allow Hindus to worship at the place of Lord Vishweshwar in the disputed Gyanvapi complex. Along with this, the petitioner has also demanded to issue an order for the demolition of the dome of the mosque. This case is different from the one filed by other women including Rakhi Singh.

1- Entire Gyanvapi campus should be handed over to Hindus
2- Arrangements should be made for regular worship of Lord Vishweshwar in the Gyanvapi complex.
3- There should be a complete ban on the entry of Muslims in the Gyanvapi campus.
4- Issue orders for the demolition of the dome of the mosque
This case has been accepted for hearing by Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Diwakar and the time for hearing has been fixed at 2 pm today. This is the same judge who ordered the survey in Gyanvapi.

In the hearing, District Judge Ajay Kumar Vishvesh has given the next date after hearing both the sides. Now on May 26, the next hearing will be held in the district court of Varanasi. After the hearing, Hindu side’s advocate Vishnu Jain said that the order 7, rule 11 (maintainability) petition of the Muslim side will be heard on May 26. The court has asked both the parties to file an objection to the commission’s report and submit the report within a week.
