Yasin Malik Verdict: Jammu and Kashmir’s separatist leader and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief Yasin Malik has been sentenced in 4 cases by the NIA Court of Delhi. Yasin Malik was sentenced to life imprisonment in one case, a fine of 10 lakhs in the second case and 5-5 years in the third and fourth cases also. After the sentencing of Yasin Malik, the wife of Indian Air Force officer late Nirmal Khanna spoke to ABP News. In this conversation, she told that I respect whatever punishment Yasin Malik has received, I respect the court’s decision. He described the justice system of India as the best justice system in the world and said that I will get 100 percent justice. I am not at peace yet. I respect the judge’s decision in this case, he gave the decision which he felt was appropriate.

Talking to ABP News, he said, Yasin Malik has been sentenced to life imprisonment, maybe God has been so merciful that he is giving him a chance for self-analysis. Yasin Malik will sit and remember Rab everyday. The owner knows where he will be spared, where he can save himself. The person who has come into the world, when he is born, he is in a very calm posture and he is made to cry by slapping and when someone remains calm, in whose heart there is no regret, Kabir ji had said, The world is afraid of dying. Ananda in my mind, only by dying can you get the complete ultimate bliss. This absolute supreme bliss is found only in the samadhi, if God takes him to his samadhi, I bless him. She told ABP News, she wants that she should be punished.

NI had demanded the death penalty
Let us tell you that in view of the verdict on Yasin Malik, heavy security has been arranged in the court. Earlier, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) probing the case had requested for capital punishment to Yasin Malik. Malik, on the other hand, had accepted all the charges against him, including those made under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). The court had on May 19 convicted Yasin Malik, chief of the banned outfit Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). He had directed the NIA officials to assess the financial condition of Malik to impose fine on him.
