Manish Sisodia targeted BJP, said- government is protecting the goons who instigate riots

Manish Sisodia Targeted BJP: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday alleged that the BJP and its governments were protecting their “goons” who instigated riots in Punjab. It is noteworthy that the leaders of the Delhi unit of BJP Tejinder Singh Bagga He was recently arrested by the Punjab Police from his house, who was stopped in Haryana on his way to Punjab and hours later Delhi Police brought him back to the national capital. The round of political accusations has started regarding this incident.

The BJP has accused the Punjab Police of “kidnapping” its leader. Bagga has been a vocal critic of Arvind Kejriwal and has accused the AAP chief of doing vendetta politics through the state police. AAP rejected his allegations, saying that Bagga was arrested for inciting communal tension in Punjab. At the same time, Delhi Police registered a case of kidnapping on the complaint of Bagga’s father Preetpal Singh.

A day after this development, Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted, “Entire BJP and all their governments have been involved to save one of their goons who spoke against the brotherhood of Punjab and incited riots.” He said, “BJP is a group of goons who take the work of goons even from the governments. These people never talk about education, health, inflation-unemployment even by mistake.”

Delhi Police said on Saturday that it will make necessary arrangements for the security of Bagga. The Delhi Police took this step after the BJP leader expressed concern about his safety. “Bagga has expressed apprehensions about his safety. We will make necessary security arrangements,” the senior official said.
