There has been a debate about heritage and monuments across the country. The demand for conducting surveys of all these places is constantly rising and the discussion is going on from the court to the political corridors. Now in the midst of this debate, a statement has also come out from the RSS leader’s side. In which he has talked about bringing the truth of the heritage to the fore.
Appeal to the court for help
This statement has come from RSS leader Indresh Kumar. Regarding the Taj Mahal, Gyanvapi Masjid and Krishna Janmabhoomi, he said that the people of the country want to know their real truth. The court should help find out this truth. A decision should be taken on this matter through talks.
Cases going on in court
Let us inform that after the order of the court in Gyanvapi Masjid of Varanasi, the survey is going on, while on the other hand the matter of Krishna Janmabhoomi is also going on in the court. However, the petitioner has been strongly reprimanded by the High Court regarding the Taj Mahal. Dismissing the petition, the High Court said that the court cannot pass an order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on a petition filed in a negligent manner. A bench of Justice DK Upadhyay and Justice Subhash Vidyarthi heard the matter. The bench said that the petitioners could not state which of their legal or constitutional rights had been violated.
