MHA Transferred Sanjeev Khirwar: IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar, who came into the controversy for walking a dog after stopping the practice of players at Delhi’s Thyagaraj Stadium, has been transferred. The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has transferred him from Delhi to Ladakh. Not only this, the ministry has also transferred his wife Rinku Dugga and sent her to Arunachal Pradesh. Let us inform that the Union Home Ministry had called for a report from the Chief Secretary of Delhi in this regard and after the report came, the Home Ministry has taken this decision.

Let us inform that there were constant complaints from the players practicing in the stadium that they are asked to finish the training by around 6:30 in the evening and not because the stadium timings are this. Time runs out, rather it is said so that Sanjeev Khirwar, Principal Secretary (Revenue), Delhi Government, can walk his dog in the stadium.

When the news came out, the Delhi government also took immediate action. The Delhi government said that from now on all stadiums in Delhi will open till 10 pm. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia gave this information through a tweet, he wrote that the players have to face a lot of trouble due to the early closure of the stadium, after which Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ordered all the stadiums to be closed at 10 pm. Orders have been given to open till so that no player has any problem. The Tyagaraja Stadium was built for the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
