Earlier, in another video, the professional wrestler explained that he always makes sure his diet is “protein-rich”.

Khali told in this video that he takes eggs and figs in his diet, both are rich in protein and are beneficial for health. He also advised the egg eaters that we should eat only the white part of the egg (protein), the yellow part of the egg, which is called the yolk, should be avoided, because it contains cholesterol.
