How to start yoga practice
Sit on the mat in any posture like Padmasan, Ardhapadmasan, Sukhasana or Dandasana according to your convenience. Slowly bring the hands down and close the eyes and focus on the coming and going breaths. During this, you should pronounce the word Om. Join both the hands together and pray. Now warm up well. Straighten both the legs forward on the mat itself and stretch the toes back and forth. Do this process 10 times. Now make a gap between both the feet and rotate the toes once clockwise and once anti-clockwise. Take a long deep breath 10 times and leave it. Repeat this process.

First of all, sit with your legs spread in front. After this, take both your hands up from the side and then slowly bring them down.
